6-course lunch tasting menu with 5 individual sake pairings

In collaboration with Kikusui and Seafood Loves Sake, Chef Vicky Lau will be creating an exclusive sake-paired lunch menu featuring delicate seasonal dishes. Known for her application of classical French cooking techniques upon Chinese ingredients, the sensory journey is completed with rare and exquisite sakes sourced from around Japan.
