Vicky Lau, a culinary entrepreneur and award-winning chef, founded and runs two MICHELIN-starred TATE Dining Room, Date by TATE, MICHELIN Green Star Mora, and Ä€n Soy. Born and raised in Hong Kong, she draws inspiration from the city’s rich heritage of East-meets-West cuisine. Her upbringing instilled in her a deep appreciation and understanding of ingredients, as well as a passion for blending traditional techniques with modern interpretations.
Beyond the kitchen, Vicky is dedicated to promoting social and environmental responsibility in the food industry, advocating for sustainable practices and supporting local communities.
